The Yarmouth County Learning Network is a team of teachers, adult learners, tutors and volunteers all working together to improve Adult Literacy in Yarmouth County. Our unique programs teach reading, writing and math skills to adults and families so that they can achieve financial independence, good health, and greater involvement in community life. All programs are free of charge.

The purpose of this letter is to establish the terms and conditions of the agreement between the Tri-County Regional School Board, Yarmouth Central School Advisory Council, and the Department of Education to operate a School Advisory Council at the school level. The agreement begins September 2014 and runs through June 2015. The agreement will be reviewed annually by SAC members before June 30th of each school year. Any mutually agreed-upon revisions can be made at that time, and submitted to the school board and the Department of Education, to become effective upon approval of all partners.
