Our small, family-owned bakery emerged in 1996 from the back of our sandwich shop in downtown Toronto. Our grandmother had introduced us to a love for baking tasty, nutritious food that we've been exploring ever since. Our company grew slowly, and in 1998 we began selling our pitas to local specialty and health food stores in downtown Toronto. We were thrilled to see the demand for our products grow rapidly, and we soon opened a small commercial bakery. Now, in 2015, we're happily settled in our newest location in Vaughan. Although we would have never imagined it, we're growing our presnece and clientele in the United States. This is truly exciting for us, and we are happy to be producing new, healthy products across North America.
