This eleven-storey office building has 250, 000 square feet of leasable space and was originally constructed in 1906. It was extensively renovated in 2001, with additional floors being renovated from 2007 through 2015. By 1998, 19 million people had visited some 28, 000 sites in 44 countries. Doors Open Toronto was the first Doors Open event in Canada, arriving in 2000 under the auspices of Heritage Toronto.
