In his life, Dinesh (Doug) Arora has been a junior scientist, a pharmaceutical salesman and a prosperous garment manufacturer; but nothing has brought him more pleasure than the title of restauranteur. So...I started from scratch.” What resulted was a bright, contemporary, upscale restaurant and lounge in Winnipeg’s downtown, right across from the Forks, with a menu he designed from scratch.
