So...I started from scratch.” What resulted was a bright, contemporary, upscale restaurant and lounge in Winnipeg’s downtown, right across from the Forks, with a menu he designed from scratch. Utilizing his knowledge of quality-cuisine and fine chefs direct from India, Arora developed a traditional menu made with premium ingredients.
