Hello! My name is Karlee Kuz, I am the counselor behind Connected Counselling. I started my private practice in the hopes of connecting with people that are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental health conditions. I believe in mental health resources being as accessible to people as physical health resources, but realize that is not currently the case.
