Carpathia Housing Co-op Ltd., one of Winnipeg's first housing co-operatives, was established in 1973. Through co-operation, members of Carpathia are able to participate in the operation of their community and share in its success. Members are the owners of the Co-operative, each having one vote. Membership is obtained through the purchase of shares on approval of the Board of Directors. As a member, you will enjoy a choice of cost-efficient homes to suit the changing needs of your family through the years. Carpathia offers two, three, four, and five bedroom town homes on our Carpathia Road location.
