I did a lot of research on different Indian restaurants and I didn’t see any that I thought would fit the modern customer who seeks healthy choices, quality food and professional atmosphere. So...I started from scratch.” What resulted was a bright, contemporary, upscale restaurant and lounge in Winnipeg’s downtown, right across from the Forks, with a menu he designed from scratch. Utilizing his knowledge of quality-cuisine and fine chefs direct from India, Arora developed a traditional menu made with premium ingredients.
