Chevalier Counseling & Consulting has been in existence since 1995, however, I’ve been in the field of Mental Health & Addictions for over 27 years. I utilize CBT, SFT and I also use mindfulness strategies and some concepts from positive psychology. I provide therapy to children (ages 5 to 12 years), adults and seniors through individual, couples and family counseling.
