Chevalier Counseling & Consulting has been in existence since 1995, however, I’ve been in the field of Mental Health & Addictions for over 27 years. I utilize CBT, SFT and I also use mindfulness strategies and some concepts from positive psychology. I provide therapy to children (ages 5 to 12 years), adults and seniors through individual, couples and family counseling. I do accept several different Employee Assistance Program (EAP) companies as well as various insurance companies and also provide Mental Health and Substance Use Evaluations (court or employer ordered or for personal reasons, physician and/or lawyer ordered).)
