The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society Veterinary Clinic is accredited by the College of Veterinarians of Ontario to offer services to the public. The primary focus of the clinic is spaying and neutering dogs and cats, although other services such as vaccines, microchips, and parasite treatments will also be offered at the time of surgery. The clinic is a high volume, self sustaining operation. The public, shelters and rescue groups are welcome, regardless of geography or income level. The pet overpopulation crisis is a direct result of animals left unaltered, so spay or neuter your pet today! Prices are available here . The veterinarian reserves the right to decline surgery candidates should he feel the pet will be at too great a risk during surgery/anesthesia. All pets are dropped off the morning of surgery at 8:00am. Because of the tight surgical schedule we must maintain, admissions will end at 8:30am so the veterinarian can begin examining patients. The clinic staff reserves the right to refuse late admissions. To avoid long wait-times in the morning, we ask that surgeries are paid for in advance if possible. You are to pick up your pet after surgery the same day between 3:30-4:00pm Your pet can have unlimited access to water.
