Customers praise its aesthetics, relaxing atmosphere, ample features, and accessibility. The library has a good collection of books, fiction in particular, and recommendation displays. The internet connection is fast and there is plenty of seating, parking, and quiet spaces for reading or computer work.

The Yukon Arts Centre is a beautiful and spacious venue with clean facilities, friendly staff, and high-quality exhibitions. The seating is comfortable and the acoustics are excellent. Several guests appreciated the work of Suzanne Paleczny and expressed a desire to return for future shows.
