Library services are provided through a network of 46 branches. These branches include the Cities of Weyburn and Estevan plus 44 branches in rural areas spread across the region. We also have 10 community delivery sites (drop off points for library material circulation but not a full service branch). Together these branches and delivery sites serve 2 cities, 35 towns, 47 villages, 4 resort villages, 57 rural municipalities and 13 First Nations communities. The Regional Library's collection includes: 245, 272 adult books 150, 387 children's books 16, 507 video materials (such as DVDs) 6, 510 audio materials (such as audiobooks on CD) 28, 855 e-books 8, 519 e-audiobooks 28 online reference databases including access to free online newspapers and thousands of magazine and journal articles 87 digital e-magazines Total circulation for all these items was approximately 363, 000 in 2013. Southeast Regional Library is funded by provincial and municipal grants.
