Small Engine Michel was founded in 1978 by mr. L. Michel Picard. It is in 2014 that he sells his business to Wiiliam Romain, a young entrepreneur who is also the manager of Tourilli renowned hunting and fishing. Following the renovations, now found the two companies under the same roof.
