I started practicing yoga in 1999 and completed a 500 hour certification course at Still Point Yoga in 2007. Yoga transformed my life and launched me onto a path of personal empowerment and spiritual development that continues to surprise and delight me. As well as teaching yoga, I offer Thai Massage, Christos Technique, Intuitive/Energetic Healing and a variety of workshops developed from my experience.
