Dynamo Training was founded in June 2009 and originally classes were located out of Studio 4 Athletics. As the Dynamo Family began to grow, the program was relocated to the Peterec’s gym on Fisgard Street. After spending a few years in this location, it was time to move into a more permanent and private facility which led us to the SuitsU building at 942 Fort St. Throughout the winter months, we run our program exclusively indoors, but once the weather clears and it is lighter in the evenings, we move some of our daytime and evening classes outside so we can all enjoy the beauty of the west coast and benefit from the fresh air. Outdoor classes take place at a variety of locations including the Inner Harbour, Dallas Rd, Quadra Park (Crystal Pool) and St. Ann’s Academy.
