A dozen years and still rising Bubby Rose’s Bakery was born of passion and hope in 2002. You’ll find our busy bakery and cafe in Mosaic Village — a unique and quirky corner of downtown Victoria. It was a dream come true for Darioush and Dorothy when they adopted it in 2014, building upon the original owners’ love of delectable food and good company.
