I am a Registered Professional Counsellor with a Diploma in Transpersonal Counselling from Clearmind International as well undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Business. I first began counselling while I was completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria and worked as a lay counsellor and a street social worker. I spent three years of intense experiential counsellor training at the Clearmind International Institute and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I have experience working with individuals and couples, have facilitated group counselling sessions, mentored business executives, and assisted teaching a counselling program. I’ve also done extensive personal work, such as you are considering now, believing in the philosophy of healing myself first before approaching healing others.
