Osborn Watts & Co. For more than 70 years Osborn Watts & Co. has had a rich tradition in Victoria and is proud of its roots. In 1936 Bill Osborn started his chartered accounting firm in Bastion Square and in the early 1950s he was joined by Lyle Flury to form Osborn Flury. The company soon relocated to its current offices in the historic Yarrow building . In 1971 Bill Watts joined as a partner and the practice became Osborn Watts & Co. In 1974 Bill Osborn retired and Ron McMicking and Doug Davis joined the partnership. The practice operated in much the same manner until 1996 when Barb Asser became a partner. Over its seven decades the partnership has continued to evolve and the team now consists of three partners, two associates and professional, technical and support staff. In 2000 the Yarrow building offices underwent a complete renovation at which time it was discovered that the from the historic Pacific Club was still intact. It was decided that the ceiling would be restored to its original condition. As a beautiful example of Edwardian architecture, it is well worth a look.
