Depuis toute petite. Mes parents avaient repris l’un des tout premier restaurant vietnamien de Marseille, celui de ma grand-mère paternelle, Ba noi. Puis un deuxième, magnifique. Je passais des heures et des heures, à la sortie d’école, dans la cuisine à regarder ma mère cuisiner, rouler les nems (cha gio vietnam), préparer, mariner, ses viandes. Et tous les samedis, toute la famille se réunissait pour préparer le grand festin. Bien manger, partager, rire, aimer. C’est à travers ces moments, ces petits plats, qu’on m’a inculqué, transmis la culture vietnamienne, la famille, le partage, mes origines. Du haut de mes 3 pommes, sous mon regard émerveillé et insouciante
