Transfigure continues to work with a diverse group of clients but my areas of specialization can be narrowed down to three: 1.Strength Training 2. Weight Loss Coaching 3. Simply put, I aim to help get you the body you want, the mindset you need and the life you deserve. Many of my clients are over 50 years of age and come to us with the goal of managing their weight and developing an exercise program that is safe, effective and personalized. I offer 60 minute personal training sessions with a complimentary consult and assessment for new clients. 
Transfigure's personal fitness trainers, Craig in particular, have helped numerous clients transform their bodies and gain confidence through customized and effective workout routines. Craig's exceptional teaching skills, patience, and knowledge make workouts enjoyable and rewarding, leading to improved fitness, strength, and overall well-being.
