My goal is to provide a deeply calming and relaxing holistic treatment while effectively resolving muscle and nerve pain, correcting body alignment problems and encouraging body awareness. I thoroughly treat layers of tension, scar tissue and related emotional stress and over time I am able to help you reveal the underlying cause of your current issues and aid in your recovery. The technique I use is a combination of Shiatsu Acupressure Massage, Visceral Manipulation and CranioSacral Therapy.
