In 1994, AMEX-Fraseridge Realty opened its office on Fraser St. Today Amex has over 280 Licensed Agents. The sole owner of the company is Mr. Ranjan Sharma and also a Managing Broker. Amex-Fraseridge Realty is currently the largest single owned office in B. Our office offers a variety of services to the public. We have licensees who specialize in the sales and development of all types of real estate, which includes Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Businesses, and Farms. Many of our salespeople represent different parts of the world and are multilingual. We offer our salespeople continuous support and training in order to keep them updated with the industry. All licensees are required to know and abide by the Real Estate Service Act of B. Amex Fraseridge is a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Presently expanding, the Property Management Division portfolio consists of Multi and Single-Family residential, retail, commercial and industrial properties. The properties are a mix of strata and non-strata. Systems have been devised in order to be able to manage each property efficiently and effectively. Amex provides an introduction session for all Strata Council Members, which clarifies the responsibilities of the council and the Property Manager as well as how to use and understand the systems that has been specifically created for their building. We strongly believe that communication is one of the most important aspects between the Property Manager, the Strata Council and the Owners. Each Situation is dealt with in a timely and professional manner. We have staff available 24 hours a day to handle emergency calls.
