The feasibility study for the flagship Corani Project estimates average annual production of over 13 million ounces of silver (plus lead and zinc credits) for the first five years of a 20-year mine life, with extremely low cash costs and fast payback of capital costs. Corani represents approximately 89% of the Company's value on a reserve basis considering the recovered base metals credits and 80% of the value on a pure silver basis. Corani is proceeding towards permitting and construction.

Lawrence Page obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1964 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1965 where he has practiced in the areas of natural resource law and corporate and securities law to the present date. Specifically, he has been a Director and Officer of Companies which have discovered and brought into production the David Bell and Page Williams mines in Ontario, the Snip, Calpine/Eskay Creek and Mascot Gold Mines in British Columbia, as well as the discovery of the Penasquito Mine in Mexico. Mr. Page is the principal of the Manex Resource Group of Vancouver which provides administrative, financial, corporate, corporate finance and geological services to a number of public companies in the mineral resource sector. He currently serves as a director of six public companies, including Bravo Gold Corporation, Duncastle Gold Corp., Bravada Gold Corporation, Quaterra Resources Inc., Southern Silver Exploration Corp. and Valterra Resource Corporation.

Sandstorm Gold provides financing to gold mining companies through gold stream and royalty agreements. Stream and royalty finance involves Sandstorm making an upfront payment to a mining partner that is in need of capital to build their mine, refinance their obligations, complete an acquisition or for various other reasons. In exchange for that upfront payment, Sandstorm receives the right to purchase a percentage of the gold produced from the mine (in the case of a stream) or a portion of the revenue generated from the mine (in the case of a royalty). Since 2009, Sandstorm has compiled a portfolio of 72 streams and royalties, of which 14 of the underlying assets are currently producing gold. Sandstorm plans to continue growing the company through accretive acquisitions of gold streams and royalties.
