It’s all about location, location, location. English Bay, Stanley Park and Downtown Vancouver: The West End is perfectly situated between the city’s best-loved and most popular destinations. The world-famous Stanley Park (and its wrap-around seawall) is literally the West End’s backyard. English Bay makes the Pacific Ocean accessible to everyone, year-round. And Downtown Vancouver is at our doorstep. Our enviable location has lead to high demand, amazing residential density and wonderful diversity of people, businesses and experiences. Over the past century the three commercial streets of Davie, Denman and Robson connected everything together. Simply put, the West End is the city’s most iconic neighbourhood. It is West Coast living at its best.

Created on Tuesday, 23 July 2013 11:14 The Confederation of University Faculty Associations of British Columbia (CUFA BC) represents approximately 4, 600 faculty, lecturers, professional librarians and other academic staff at British Columbia's five research universities: Simon Fraser University (SFU), University of British Columbia (UBC), University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) and University of Victoria (UVic) . Our purpose is to advocate for a system of publicly-funded post-secondary education that is of high-quality and broadly accessible. CUFA/BC believes that anyone who can benefit from post-secondary education should be able to try and attain that education regardless of economic or social circumstance. We try to achieve these goals through informing politicians, opinion leaders, the media and the general public of the benefits of higher education, and the difficulties in providing a high-quality, broadly-accessible system of public post-secondary institutions. CUFA BC is governed by a Council consisting of representatives of each of the member faculty associations, and operated on a day-to-day basis by the President and the Executive Director.

At Ainsworth Energy, we are focused on projects that convert renewable waste materials into high-value products, such as chemicals, electrical and thermal energy, and transportation fuels. This requires a combination of unique inputs and skills: feedstock and site selection, environmental permitting, project finance, construction, technology scaling, and logistics and marketing. It is in each of these critical areas that Ainsworth Energy can deliver tremendous value. We offer services that support everything from project siting and permitting to project completion and we are constantly evaluating partnerships.
