The Museum of Anthropology in Vancouver is highly regarded by visitors, with many praising its extensive collections and focus on Pacific Northwest and indigenous cultures. The building, designed by Arthur Erickson, is organically incorporated into the landscape. The abundance of artifacts and displays make it possible to spend an entire day exploring. Some mention the high admission price, but students and groups can find discounts. The outdoor grounds, featuring longhouses and totems, are also a draw. Renovations are currently underway, leaving some disappointed but understanding of the necessity.
