Vevex was incorporated in 2003. Its aim is to provide the best quality and value in custom wood packing. Management Rod Russell, President and CEO Rod brings extensive experience to the leadership of Vevex Corporation. He is a certified journeyman carpenter with a degree in Computer Sciences and Philosophy. He managed a general contracting firm in the Northwest Territories that built homes and municipal projects throughout the western actic. Rod was assistant general manager of the first Arctic Winter Games in Yellowknife, and founded Yellowknife's Folk on the Rocks music festival, managing it for its first three years. In Vancouver, Rod consulted as a software developer in customer relationship management. He then became VP Solution Development for eXcape Business Transactions, Inc and led a team that developed Canada's first wireless handheld debit card processors. In the early years of the new century, Rod's creation - Vevex - took root and flourished with ever increasing reputation and business. The box was included in the art exhibit.
