Born in New Delhi, India, Jolly discovered his passion for cooking at a very young age by watching and learning from the local street cafe chefs ‘dhabas’ (which are the heart of true Indian cuisine). Jolly took up positions in many prestigious, up-scale restaurants and hotels in Austria, catering to celebrity figures and successful business clientele on a regular basis. He also worked on a Walt Disney cruise ship for some time. Jolly's Indian Bistro is a popular spot for Indian cuisine in Vancouver with a wide range of delicious dishes and vegetarian options.
