SITKA PHYSIO AND WELLNESS is a full-service physiotherapy and wellness clinic located in the heart of the downtown Vancouver business district. Formerly known as "Royal Centre Physiotherapy", on May 2nd, 2011 we changed our name and moved into the lower level of the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. In addition to physiotherapy treatment, we are now offering group Pilates and Yoga classes and 1-on-1 Pilates, Yoga and personal training services. Our therapists and instructors work together to deliver treatments customized for your individual needs.We offer a variety of small Pilates and Yoga classes in our new studio at Sitka Physio & Wellness. Classes have a maximum of 10 students per class to accommodate supportive and specific feedback from our highly skilled instructors. Classes are generally 50 minutes in length to facilitate fitting them in to your busy schedule.
