You’ll be transported to the 19th century when this now nostalgic form of transportation was the only option for travellers and good horses were worth their weight in gold! Sleigh Rides Since La Ferme Duquette is open year-round, you can also enjoy a brisk sleigh ride through forested, snow-covered trails, a great way to lift your spirits on a sunny winter day! Each ride lasts about an hour, and there’s a minimum charge for groups of four people or less; groups of five or more are charged by person. 
Ferme Duquette is a highly-regarded riding school and livery stable with excellent care for animals, including horses, cats, and dogs. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with animals having access to the outdoors. Visitors speak highly of the beautiful surroundings and the friendly rooster.
