Camp Kwasind was founded in 1944. It is proudly affiliated with the Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec and is a fully accredited member of Christian Camping International and the Ontario Camping Association. Our Vision To develop and nurture Christian faith and relationships through effective programs in a safe, exciting and natural environment. Our Statement of Faith There is one God who has created all that is and who loves us with an everlasting love. This love is revealed to us supremely through Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is Lord. He is one with God and is the Saviour who, through His death and resurrection, has redeemed us to God from our sin. The Holy Spirit is one with God and Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit is God present in the world and who leads people to saving faith by being born again into new life in Christ. The Bible, written by human hands, is the word of God and has been given to us by the inspiration of God. It is the standard of all Christian doctrine. We subject to its authoritative judgment in all we believe and do. Our Christian faith is a gift of God. It is trust in God. It involves personal repentance of sin, acceptance of Jesus Christ as savior, and commitment to Him as Lord. Our Christian Faith also includes assent to the truth of the Gospel. The Church is universal; the body of Christ, the redeemed believers in Christ on whom it is founded. We, the church are called together by God's spirit under the Lordship of Christ to worship and serve God, God's people, and the world through deeds of love and mercy. 
Camp Kwasind offers a beautiful location, engaging staff, and opportunities for personal growth and friendship development. Children and teenagers experience increased self-confidence, social integration, nature appreciation, and emotional intelligence skills. The religious program is highly regarded.
