Christ Community Church was established in 1954 by the Shantymen to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to people who live in Ucluelet and the surrounding area. We are affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of Canada and continue to bring the good news to the people. We are a diverse group from many denominational backgrounds working together as one body to be light and salt in our community, to show the hope that we have in our hearts because of Jesus Christ. At Christ Community, we believe that the church is not the building, not the pastor, and not the music. We believe that the Church is the people. We gather together in Spirit and in Truth to worship Jesus Christ, the author and perfecter of our salvation. He brings us together, He builds us up, and He deserves the glory.
