Put up s tarp on our leaking roof and took a $4000 deposit, said would be done within 6 weeks. That was 11 months ago. Leak was getting dangerous so we eventually had another company do the repairs, no a month in to requesting a refund, but the only response we can get is demands to take down reviews as it hurts his ability to get business.
