La Boucherie Nobert a plus de 70 ans d’existence. L’entreprise familiale fut fondée en 1938 par Armand et Henri Nobert sur la rue principale à Ste-Flore. En 1975, un des fils d’Armand, Clément, prend la relève et devient l’unique propriétaire. Il deservira sa clientèle des environs avec l’aide de son frère Raymond.
