Wendy is an experienced therapist who does individual therapy, therapy and couple therapy. She has studied a variety of types of therapy during the course of her career. This allows her to tailor the therapy to the person. Wendy is a certified EMDR therapist, a certified Emotionally Focused Couple Therapist (EFT by Sue Johnson), a Registered Sex Therapist (BESTCO) as well as being a Clinical Member of the Ontario Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and an Approved Supervisor by American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. She also does Image Transformation Therapy. She is a graduate of a three year training program at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto. Her original degree was an Master s in Social Work. Wendy has experience working with both gays and lesbians in individual and couple therapy as well as heterosexual couples.
