Christine Schmidt acted as Mediator in my human rights case and termination grievance because the employer and union responsible for violating my human rights, and the employer who then terminated my employment a short time after in an act of reprisal for making a complaint, both paid her to deliver a trade-off. She is in the business of providing trade-offs to employers and unions while the innocent employee gets no justice. Christine Schmidt will get you some money and thinks this is enough. She’ll assume you’re poor and will be forever grateful and indebted to her when in actuality you don’t care about money and it’s justice you’re really looking for. Real justice that brings lasting change for many others. Men need to learn from their mistakes the hard way and should not be allowed to buy their way out of shame with tax payer dollars. She thinks everyone is money-hungry like herself, where she’ll refuse to look at evidence and put her faith in lying men just because they’re paying her. I had a right to be reinstated and I was denied that because Christine Schmidt is in the business of providing unjust trade-offs. When an employer and union are told in mediation that they’ll need to pay up for their incompetent mistakes, the union and employer will do so, but not before informing Christine Schmidt that they never want to see the employee’s face again out of sheer embarrassment, ego, and pride. Christine Schmidt knows this, but she’ll appease these men because they’re paying her. Christine Schmidt follows the money. The employee is forced into mediation rather than proceed to their right to arbitration to seek reinstatement because arbitrators and mediators like Christine Schmidt allow this to happen. Nobody is really taking care if you and it’s all a farce, much like how Christine Schmidt will inform you she is still seized in the matter upon a Settlement being reached and that she can’t communicate with you, when in fact the mediator is no longer seized at that point. I am forever seized in this matter because I was re-traumatized due to the poor decisions and violations made on behalf of my former employer, union, and ultimately Christine Schmidt who played her dirty little part. Christine Schmidt refuses to look at evidence because she is in the business of providing trade-offs on behalf of employers and unions where the innocent get screwed over. Did I mention that I’ll be forever seized in this case? Stay away from Christine Schmidt. She is not neutral.
