ARC Painting was founded in 2009, and is based near High Park in Toronto, Ontario. Matt Brown is the founder and manager of ARC Painting. Born and raised in Burlington, and has been involved in residential painting for over 8 years. In 2006 and 2007 Matt was owner and manager of a successful "College Pro Painters" franchise in the Forest Hill area of Toronto. During this period he managed several painting crews who produced over 120 residential jobs, while achieving a nearly 100% recommendation rate. Beyond this, Matt continued to paint in the Toronto area, mainly by referral business, and incorporated the ARC Painting name in 2009, which has since been building a great reputation in Toronto. He has also been active as a real estate investor, and renovator.
