Each committee member receives a work credit. The various tasks require different time commitments, which are reflected in the hours allocated. The committee meets after each issue is published to review the issue and plan for the next publication. The committee communicates primarily through email. All changes in policy or procedure shall be reported to the board via the board liaison, but in all decisions regarding publication, the committee will act independently.
