My approach to counselling/coaching is to work collaboratively with my clients—to walk alongside them, empower them and provide them with a toolkit of teachings to confidently face challenges and overcome emotional and psychological barriers. I partner with my clients to help them develop a clear vision of the life they desire, identify and address obstacles and patterns that have been preventing that dream from becoming a reality and teach practical skills and strategies for working through painful emotions, self-defeating beliefs, problematic behavioural patterns and difficult life circumstances. It is my passion to be of service to others, to hold a space of love and compassion and help facilitate deep transformation and healing.
