For Muay Thai, we offer two types of classes - foundation and all levels Toronto Muay Thai classes. The Muay Thai Toronto foundation class is great for beginners, who either want to learn a new sport or focus on their fitness. Our Muay Thai all levels class is great for trainees with yellow shorts or higher who want to take up Muay Thai professionally and train for competition. We also offer a Kids special Muay Thai Toronto class that assists students in improving focus, self-defense, social skills, and teaches them fundamentals of Muay Thai.
