Foster Moore is a global company, founded in New Zealand, specializing in implementing electronic registry solutions. The New Zealand Companies Office was the first companies registry in the world to expose its register to the public via the internet in 1995. In 1998 it was the first to allow companies to be incorporated online. Foster Moore (in our earlier form) were there providing the technology and design to achieve this. Since the launch of that first electronic company search our company has built well over 30 different types of registers. Foster Moore developed and supports all statutory registries for the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, including the world leading Companies Office platform launched in June 2010. Based on all this know-how and the learning accrued from over 20 years’ experience in registry design and development, Foster Moore developed a dedicated registry solution, Catalyst The Registry Manager. With configurable registry templates to provide different levels of functionality and meet the specific needs of individual Jurisdictions. Foster Moore are currently running projects in NZ, South Pacific, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and North America. Foster Moore personnel are experts in registry design, operation and development. A number of our staff have worked within registries and are recognized as thought leaders in their field. The majority of Foster Moore’s 100+ staff are based in our head office in Auckland, New Zealand. This is also the base for our implementation and support teams.
