Community website for proposed mid-rise development at 2978 Dundas Street West, Toronto. HandCast Development Inc. has brought together a multidisciplinary team of planners, architects and engineers to assist in the redevelopment of 2978 Dundas Street West. The proposed development is a seven storey mixed use building with residential units and retail uses at grade. A partial eighth storey accommodates shared amenity space and roof access. We began this application process with a number of pre-application meetings and consultations with City staff, Councillor Sarah Doucette and community representatives. As the process continues, we aim to keep the Junction community informed and up to date on the development through this website. We further welcome feedback and input on the proposal.
