BOMB Fitness are the Danforth's latest training space offering flexible group exercise classes and private training in a more focused and intimate atmosphere. With a BOMB instructor breathing down your neck, you have no choice but to work hard and smart! We cap most of our classes at 10 or less so we can focus on your form and assess your strengths and weaknesses at each and every class… and if we can do that in our classes imagine what our one-on-one training sessions are like!
