We provide evidence-based treatments to reduce the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation and specialize in adapting treatments to support individuals across a large spectrum, including those with limited communication, and cognitive and sensory challenges. Clients often come to us frustrated, and unable to find adequate services in the community. Others are referred after completing an in- or outpatient treatment program at their local hospital. Our approach focuses on teaching and reinforcing coping skills as our clients confront the challenges of everyday life.
