Dr Lise Janelle – Founder & Transformational Coach of Centre for Heart Living. My heart centered coaching programs empower you to experience true success; they are based on clarifying what creates a highly personal sense of being fully alive and fulfilled. You will know, from your heart, what matters most to you. You will have absolute clarity about your purpose and your passion, in order to practice authentic living. I have worked with thousands of people to create transformative change from the inside out. You have my full commitment to guide you to experience true success, happiness and unconditional love. I also bring to my coaching my passion for living life to the fullest. I first came to Toronto to study in 1979, even though I did not know how to speak English. I worked in Geneva, Switzerland as a chiropractor for 1 year after graduation, started my own practice upon return and was noted to be among the top 10% of chiropractors in Canada.
Customers highly regard Centre for Heart Living's life coaches, specifically Dr. Lise, for her wisdom, knowledge, and guidance that brings inner growth and clarity to their lives. The combination of coaching, workshops, and Neuro Emotional Technique is considered powerful by many, leading to successful problem-solving and achievement of personal goals.

I am an experienced relational psychotherapist. My aim is to help clients find and make use of their own resilience in the pursuit of a more satisfactory life. I see individual adults and couples. My consulting rooms are in downtown Toronto and mid-town Toronto. I also offer online therapy. Currently, all sessions are online due to the covid-19 pandemic. Clients seek help from me for a range of reasons: stress, anxiety, panic or burnout; depression, a sense of being ungrounded or isolated; insomnia; addiction and/or compulsive behaviours (including disordered eating and self-harm); significant life-change or transition; and relationship/identity issues (personal, professional, cultural), and impostor syndrome: the feeling that you are always pretending or hiding behind various masks.
