Office of Catholic Youth Equipping Young Catholics for Discipleship Mission OCY is focused on cultivating relationships and providing support to those who minister to young people in the parish communities within the Archdiocese of Toronto. Totus Tuus, conferences, retreats, etc.) to help bolster the youth and young adult ministries at the parish/local levels by bringing in focused, energetic evangelization efforts.
