Group prenatal classes are very relaxed, fun and informative. Classes cover everything from pre-labour signs to bringing your baby home. Participants get a chance to practice breathing, relaxation and labour massage techniques as well as diapering and swaddling. Research shows that you retain more information and feel more confident with hands on practice and visuals like demonstrations, dolls and charts.
