Ince October 2003, we have cracked a quarter million eggs, offered thousands of smiles and served hundreds of coffees. You've come, eaten (also smiled) and moved on. We're a small part of your day but hopefully a memorable one. We are a family run business specializing in Belgian-Canadian comfort food. Many of our ingredients come from the local market and local farms. While our breakfast and lunches are legendary, our dinners are a more intimate affair with a seasonal menu that showcases some of our best family recipe specialties. We look forward to seeing you again very soon.
This popular breakfast spot in Toronto is known for its cozy atmospheres, friendly staff, and delicious food. The menu offers a variety of dishes, with some standout items being the eggs benny, waffles, and apple slaw. The service is generally attentive and smiles, and the portions are decent, although some customers mention small portion sizes for the price. The decor is rustic and vintage, and the aroma of sizzling bacon and perfectly poached eggs fills the air. However, there are some inconsistencies in food quality and wait times, with some customers reporting long lines, bland or underwhelming dishes, and mediocre service.
