Apparition Wines & Spirits was launched in 2012. Katherine Mellin, the founder and directing principal has a passion for wine, its culture and the continuum of people who relate to it, from those who cultivate the soil and vines for grape growing to those who seek out quality wines and consume with awareness. It is this passion that drives our agency. Our mission is to bring you wine experiences that expand the depth and breadth of your relationship with wine; wines from lesser known regions and grapes to exclusive limited production wines, incorporating the historical and cultural stories of the wines and wineries we have the privilege of representing.

Bellwoods Brewery is a small craft brew pub and retail store in downtown Toronto. We opened our doors to the public on April 6, 2012, and have been brewing full-steam ahead ever since (actually, to be honest we direct-fire, not steam). At a relatively small production capacity of approximately 2200 hectolitres of beer a year, we’re able to exercise a lot of creative freedom, brewing up anything and everything that floats our collective boats. We encourage you to step outside your comfort zone.
Bellwoods Brewery is a popular craft beer destination in Toronto, known for its high-quality beers and friendly service. Many visitors praise the delicious food, with specific mentions of the sourdough bread and delicious dishes, as well as the great selection and knowledgeable staff. Some mention the limitations of the food menu and overpriced portions, but overall the focus is on the excellent beer selection. The atmosphere is described as nice, cool, clean, and cozy, making it a great place to catch up with friends or enjoy a drink.

Mullins is not your average Irish pub, it’s more. Mullins is not your average Irish pub, it’s more. Reffered to by many of our patrons as their second “living room”, Mullins is place for friends to get together for good conversation and good times. It all started Founded in 2001, Mullins has built up a strong following of regulars - and it’s not a surprise. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated as a friend, a member of the Mullins family. How all began Pub is the shortened term for the title “Public House.” In the original seven Celtic Nations, homes were small, one room buildings with sleeping areas on lofts above the cooking, eating, and living areas. It soon became evident that a place was needed for people to gather and Ceilidh (Gaelic for celebrate, or party) and to talk about the things that affected their day-to-day lives, from their work, to religion, to the latest orders of “The Crown.” These meeting locations were slightly larger buildings with a “Public” area in front of the living quarters or “House.” These were usually the quarters of the men who brewed beer, mead, or distilled whiskeys. Later, as licensing became the law, these locations became licensed premises for the sale of alcoholic beverages, and the person who held the license became known as a “Publican.” Mullins as the modern pub The heart and soul of the Celtic lifestyle is hospitality. Combine the hospitality of owner Ken Kim, the outgoing staff, the warm and friendly regular patrons, with great food and a diverse liquor selection, and you have a great Irish pub carrying on the essence of the original public house traditions.

Par baked are partially baked bread, these breads are made the same way, with the same organic ingredients – just not fully baked. We freeze these breads so that you can take them home and finish baking them at home. The baguettes take just 6 minutes @ 375 to finish the baking process, giving you the fresh baked aroma and taste just when you need it. White flour, traditional French style soft, light and tasty inside a golden brown crunch crust. Whole-wheat is wholesome, tasty and comes in a golden crust- that is good for you. Grapeskin, adding dried grape skins with organic flour results in a purplish brown hue, a touch of natural sweetness and somewhat mild nutty taste. The Grapeskin baguette is on of the signature trade makers of the Brick Street Bakery. With a slight tang this san Francisco inspired bread makes great sandwiches and a bread that has a hearty texture not heavy. The signature bread of Knead Bakery we have this bread in stock fresh and hot every Saturday. The French White bread is light with a crusty exterior.
