Art & Soul Fine Art was founded by Deborah Cohen in the fall of 2004. What started as personal mission to help local artists recover from the effects of the Second Intifada, turned into developing a vision for a gallery dedicated to promote Israeli art and particularly Jewish art in Toronto. Art & Soul showcases the artwork of upcoming and established Israeli artists. The Gallery has introduced to Toronto a new concept of Jewish art. While most collectors associate Jewish art with traditional images of Jewish life-cycles, Art & Soul’s collection is young, contemporary, bold- a breath of fresh air. Our collection consists of original paintings, limited editions, open edition prints, photography and papercuts. We take pride in representing some of the most accomplished contemporary Jewish artists in Israel today. From Tel-Aviv to Jerusalem, Haifa to Tsfat, the Negev and the Galil, we have searched for the best Israeli art for the young collector.
